Are my meals fresh or frozen?
Your meals are made on the day of delivery and sent fresh - never frozen
How long will my meals stay fresh?
You can safely refrigerate your meal for up to 4 days. You can also freeze on the day of delivery for up to 2 months.
How do I reheat my meal?
Your meal can be reheated in the microwave or oven. Please refer to the food packaging label for specific heating instructions. Our packaging is microwaveable and ovenable.
Where do you deliver?
For now, we deliver to the following London postcodes, but we plan to expand this soon so watch this space!
When do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Saturday between 12pm and 7pm. We even offer same day delivery for orders placed before 8am.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Next day delivery is free of charge. Same day delivery is charged at £5.
What if I miss my delivery?
If no-one is in when your food is delivered, our driver will attempt to contact you. If we can't reach you, we will do our best to leave your package in a safe place.
What is your minimum order spend?
Our minimum order spend is £40.
Do you provide vegan, vegetarian and gluten free meals?
Yes! We have a great selection of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free meals available.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
Yes! Our packaging is recyclable, biodegradeable and compostable. Unfortunately the clear film on our tray is not yet recyclable.
Can I collect my meal?
Yes, click and collect is available Monday to Saturday between 7am and 3pm, from our store:
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes. You will receive an email once your order has been placed successfully. You will also receive an email once your order has been confirmed and your meal is being prepared by our chefs.
How will my food arrive?
Your order will be delivered in special wool fleece lined insulated boxes, with ice packs to keep your food fresh for 24 hours. We recommend refrigerating your order as soon as your package arrives.
