Are my meals fresh or frozen?

Your meals are made on the day of delivery and sent fresh – never frozen

Do you provide vegan, vegetarian and gluten free meals?”

Yes! We have a great selection of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free meals available.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

Yes! Our packaging is recyclable, biodegradeable and compostable. Unfortunately the clear film on our tray is not yet recyclable.

Our delivery boxes are also environmentally friendly. The wool component is compostable and biodegradeable and any plastics and cardboard used are recyclable.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes. You will receive an email once your order has been placed successfully. You will also receive an email once your order has been confirmed and your meal is being prepared by our chefs.
